Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomass energy production system for producing heat energy of high temperature through self-combustion of biomass fuel in which a large-sized formation of device and a manufacturing cost thereof are restricted, supplying of powder granular biomass fuel into a combustion furnace is carried out in quantitative manner and adjustably, combustion efficiency is quite high, and no auxiliary fuel is needed.SOLUTION: This invention is substantially constituted of a cyclone burner 10 and a biomass fuel quantitative supply device 50. A combustion furnace main body 20 is divided into an upper combustion chamber 24 and a lower combustion chamber 23 with an orifice 22 being applied as an interface. The lower combustion chamber 23 is provided with two sets of upper and lower stages of a pair of biomass powder particle fuel mixing air nozzles. The upper combustion chamber 24 is provided with a pair of compressed air supply nozzles and sleeves. The fuel quantitative supply device 50 comprises a crusher 60, a hopper 70, a communicating pipe 72, a push bar 80, a compressed air feeding pipe header 71 and a two-fluid nozzle 73.
