PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomass reformed fuel production system as well as production process for each application that can supply a product having both properties with one plant.SOLUTION: Provided is a biomass reformed fuel production system for each application characterized to include, with regard to dewatered chips obtained by immersing chipped herbaceous biomass in water, dewatering the chips after immersing in water, and separating the dewatering water, centrifugal separation means for centrifugally separating the dewatered chips, adhering means for adhering a high melting point substance to the dewatered chips, and switching means for switching the dewatered chips to be introduced into the adhering means and the centrifugally separating means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
