Abstract:
To provide a biorhythm adjustment device, etc., capable of adjusting circadian rhythm and maintaining and improving physical and mental health of a user in a modern society in which living and working environments have changed.SOLUTION: A biorhythm adjustment device 1 for adjusting biorhythm of a user to maintain and improve physical and mental health of the user, comprises; irradiation means including a first light source applying, to the user's eyes, first special light within a first wavelength range of 360 nm or more and 400 nm or less, and second light source applying light including second special light within a second wavelength range of 460 nm ±20 nm; acquisition means for acquiring condition data representing conditions when the first special light and the second special light are applied to the user's eyes by the irradiation means; and control means controlling the irradiation means to apply the first special light and the second special light to the user's eyes according to the acquired condition data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
