Abstract:
To predict a biorhythm.SOLUTION: An acquisition unit 100 acquires a biological signal of an ultradian rhythm period of a user, and effect factors including at least one of an activity amount of the user, outside environment information around the user, and an action index on a life action of the user. An input unit 150 receives input of a planned action, which is a planned action performed by the user. An extraction unit 120 extracts an ultradian rhythm wave form of the biological signal of the user in which an effect based on the effect factors is reduced from the biological signal. A prediction unit 130 predicts an ultradian rhythm wave form of prediction object time, which is time when the planned action is performed on the basis of the aforesaid ultradian rhythm wave form and the effect factors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
