Abstract:
To provide bispecific binding proteins that specifically bind to human CD33 and human CD3.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a human CD33 and human CD3-specific tandem diabody where the tandem diabody comprises a first and second polypeptides, each polypeptide has at least four variable chain regions linked one after another, each polypeptide comprises: (i) a variable heavy chain (VH) region specific to human CD33; (ii) a variable light chain (VL) region specific to human CD33; (iii) a variable heavy chain (VH) region specific to human CD3; and (iv) a variable light chain (VL) region specific to human CD3, in each polypeptide, the four variable chain regions are linked one after another by peptide linkers L1, L2 and L3 in a specific order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
