PURPOSE: To prevent black liquor fine drops from scattering toward the upper part of a furnace by equipping the outer periphery of a radiated projecting plate to receive jetted black liquor into liquid drops with a dam and providing the top of the radiated projecting plate with a specific dented part.

CONSTITUTION: A radiated projecting plate 106 having a give angle of inclination from an extension line of a central shaft of jet hole of a black liquor jetting nozzle 101 is equipped with an approximately circular dam 109 and with approximately circular dented part 107, at the periphery edge side, similar to the dam 109. Depth of the dented part 107 is made shallowest at the root of the nozzle 101 and deepest at part remotest from a black liquor jetting nozzle 105 to properly make liquid drops of black liquor coarse and to uniform dispersed flow rate.
