Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black spun-dyed modified cross-section multifilament stretched yarn for a warm material for winter having high heat-retaining and heat-storing properties and having resilient feeling.SOLUTION: A black spun-dyed modified cross-section multifilament stretched yarn made of aromatic polyester can be produced that includes 0.025 wt.% or more of carbon black, has fineness of 2.0-5.0 dtex for all single filaments of the multifilament, and satisfies the following cross-sectional shapes (1) to (5): (1) a cross-sectional shape has four recesses; (2) an average lobal degree is 33-43; (3) a standard deviation of the lobal degree is 0.7-2.0; (4) a standard deviation of opening depth of all the recesses is 8.0 or less; and (5) an average void ratio is 38-45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
