To provide a manufacturing method of a bladder for a safety tire improving durability of the bladder on the assumption of improvement of manufacturing efficiency, the bladder for the safety tire favorable for adoption to such the manufacturing method and the safety tire having such the bladder.
This hollow tubular bladder 1 is stored in a tire 2 and constitutes the safety tire. Space parts S1 and S2 are formed by filling each of the bladder 1 and the tire 2 with air at specified internal pressure. The bladder 1 is furnished with a gas impermeable layer 6 to hold the internal pressure of the bladder, a tensile force supporting layer 7 to burden tensile force applied on the bladder and a crown reinforcing layer 8 arranged on a crown part 3 of the bladder and to restrain diametrical extension of the bladder in a state where the internal pressure of the tire is normal. The tensile force supporting layer 7 has a fibrous member 10 continuously extending through a base part 4 of the bladder and both side parts 5, 5 and terminating at both cross end part regions 9, 9 of the crown part 3.
