Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade tip provided at a front end of a base frame of a blade mechanism part provided in a paper folding machine for gluing paper in which a blade tip section that is in direct contact with a paper material is divided into a plurality of pieces and is made movable in the width direction, thereby allowing a single tip blade to have a glue relief part that can avoid contact with the paste application site of the paper material as appropriate.SOLUTION: A blade tip of the present invention which is provided at a front end of a base frame of a blade mechanism part provided in a paper folding machine for gluing paper includes a rod body 1 installed at a front end of a base frame and a plurality of blade tip sections 2 attached in a dentition manner over substantially the entire length of the front end side of the rod body. The blade tip is configured such that the blade tip sections 2 are attached to the rod body in a detachable manner and concurrently in a movable manner in the width direction of the rod body 1, which provides a feature to arrange the blade tip sections 2 at a predetermined interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
