Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable high-speed revolution by incorporating a seal retaining apparatus between the blade-wheel disc fixed on a turbine shaft and a turbine cylinder and reducing the shaft length of the cantilever part of the turbine shaft. CONSTITUTION:The turbine-shaft inserting port 15a of a turbine cylinder 15 has a caliber larger to the extent for the peripheral edge covers a little the peripheral side of a blade wheel disc 14, and on the peripheral edge of the turbine inserting port 15a, the outer peripheral edge of a labyrinth packing 16 is fixed, and a fin surface 16 is opposed to the side surface of the blade-wheel disc 14, keeping a slight gap, and seal is retained between the turbine shaft inserting port 15a of the turbine cylinder 15 and the blade-wheel disc 14. The part towards the blade-wheel disc 14 from the bearing 13 of the cantilever part of a turbine shaft 11 is constituted short as to be suitable for high-speed revolution.
