PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanket for printing excellent in printing accuracy; a printer using the blanket for printing; and a method for producing a printed matter.SOLUTION: There are provided a blanket for printing which has a resin base material and a surface printing layer, where the surface printing layer is a layer formed from a composition containing addition type organopolysiloxane, and a standard deviation (σ) to an average value in thickness from a surface (α) on an opposite side to a side where the surface printing layer exists of the resin base material to a surface (β) on an opposite side to a side where the resin base material exists of the surface printing layer, which is measured on a specific condition is 2.0 μm or less; a printer using the blanket for printing; and a method for manufacturing a printed matter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
