Abstract:
To provide a method of measuring a drop position of blast furnace burden, a method of charging blast furnace burden, and a charging system for blast furnace burden capable of more accurately measuring the drop position of the blast furnace burden online.SOLUTION: The present invention provides the method of measuring the drop position of the blast furnace burden that measures the drop position of the burden in a blast furnace operation of alternately charging an iron source and coke as the burden, comprising: an insertion step S1 of inserting acceleration detecting means between a blast furnace burden charging apparatus and a burden surface in the furnace; a detecting step S2 of dropping the burden onto the acceleration detecting means and detecting an impact value generated by collision of the burden; and a position calculation step S3 of calculating distribution of the drop positions of the burden from a detected impact value. The impact value of the iron source and the coke are detected with a sampling period in the acceleration detecting means of 95 μs or less, and 150 μs or less respectively at the detecting step S2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
