To provide a bleaching performance improver composition which is used in cleaning whites such as shirts in the laundry field and hotel sheets in the linen supply field, and a cleaning method.
The bleaching performance improver composition is an aqueous fluid containing (A) a compound to be represented by formula (I) (wherein R1 is a 1-4C alkyl group; R2 is hydrogen or a 1-2C alkyl group; R3 is hydrogen or a 1-2C alkyl group; X is any one selected from a 1-3C alkylsulfuric acid, sulfuric acid, and p-toluenesulfuric acid) and (B) a compound to be represented by formula (II) (wherein R4 is hydrogen or a 1-3C alkyl group; and R5 is hydrogen or a 1-3C alkyl group). Further, the cleaning method comprises supplying the above constituted bleaching performance improver composition and a bleaching agent to a washing machine to effect cleaning. Thus, even an aqueous fluid exhibits stable and sufficient bleaching performance. Further, the cleaning method can efficiently introduce the bleaching performance improver composition into a cleaning step to exhibit excellent cleaning/bleaching performance.
