Abstract:
To provide a blind and a balance device capable of changing an irradiation range and an irradiation direction of illumination light, and capable of changing the direction of daylight entering the room.SOLUTION: A blind 100 includes: a head box 120 for suspending and supporting a slat 110; a balance 130 for covering at least a front surface of the head box 120; and a light controlling member arranged between the head box 120 or the slat 110 and the balance 130, and capable of reflecting or diffusing light. The light controlling member can adjust an inclination angle with respect to the balance 130. With this constitution, the blind and a balance device can be provided which can change an irradiation range and an irradiation direction of illumination light, and which can change the direction of daylight entering the room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
