In the case, an opening fitting receiving part 22 is provided on the coping 2 and the foot part 21, a deformable gap blocking body 3 is fitted to the opening fitting blocking part 22 in accordance with the shape of the upper face part of the block 1, the gap blocking body 3 is brought into contact with the upper face part of the block to deform the shape, and a gap between the coping 2 and the block 1 is blocked.
