To obtain a block copy sheet for a lithographic printing plate which prevents surely the plate elongation and positional slippage of the lithographic printing plate on a plate cylinder of a printing machine, thereby enables application of the lithographic printing plate using a material other than metal as a substrate to multicolor printing and printing of a large number of sheets, and has excellent durability even under severe working conditions.

The block copy sheet for lithography has an indented form provided at least on one surface of the substrate having an initial modulus of 350 kgf/mm2 or above, and constituted mainly of an integrated resin which contains a composite of a resin containing a bond of particles of particle sizes 1-100 μm and metal atoms, which are connected through the intermediary of an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom, and of an organic polymer containing a radical which can form a hydrogen bond to this resin.
