To provide a means and a conveyance method which can cope with leakage of an insulation oil, and by which a transformer can be conveyed at low cost.

The block implement is provided with a plate-like first member 111, a plate-like second member 112, a bolt 115 projected from the first member 111, and a nut 116 which can be engaged with the bolt 115. The first and second members 111 and 112 are formed larger in size than a through-hole 21, and the second member 112 is provided with an open hole wherein the bolt 115 can be inserted. The first member 111 is engaged with one end of the through-hole 21 so that the bolt 115 can be inserted into the through-hole 21, and the second member 112 is engaged with the other end thereof so that the bolt 115 can be inserted into the open hole. The nut 116 and the bolt 115 are engaged and tightened to shorten a clearance between the first and second members 111 and 112. In this state, they are fitted to an enclosure 20.
