Abstract:
To provide a block molding machine free from the deformation of a concrete block lower part caused by swelling in a demolding step.SOLUTION: A block molding machine comprises: a flask 4; a pressure device provided at the upper side of the flask and provided with a force plunger 22 pressing concrete in the flask 4; and a table device provided at the lower side of the flask 4, and lowers the pressure device and pressure-molds the concrete in the flask 4 by the force plunger 22 to produce a block. The table device includes: a table steel plate 5 supporting a molding pallet 6; an elastic member 9; a table 10; and a table support member supporting the table 10. The table steel plate 5 and the table 10 are connected by the elastic member 9, and a lowering regulation member 26 having a height lower than the height of the elastic member 9 and regulating the lowering of the table steel plate 5 by abutting against the table steel plate 5 upon pressure molding is provided on the upper face of the table 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
