Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply filtered plasma to a reception bath for receiving the plasma in a blood-filtering device for separating plasma or serum by sucking and filtering the whole blood.
SOLUTION: The rotation of a motor 22 is controlled by a control means 24 so that the suction pressure of a pump 21 becomes constant. A means 25 for estimating amount of hemato estimates the amount of hemato in whole blood being filtered based on the amount of rotary control of the motor 22 according to the control means 24. An estimation result is inputted to a suction time estimation means 26, where suction time corresponding to the amount of hemato is estimated. After the estimated suction time passes, it is inputted to the control means 24, the rotation of the motor 22 is stopped, and filtering is completed.
