Abstract:
To propose a method of estimating blood pressure using a photoelectric plethysmogram that can realize highly accurate and versatile blood pressure estimation by using a multi-regression model capable of estimating blood pressure only from photoelectric plethysmogram data.SOLUTION: Provided is a method of estimating blood pressure using a photoelectric plethysmogram that performs normalization by Z-score normalization on a PPG feature amount as preprocessing to constitute a multi-regression model that estimates blood pressure on the basis of normalized feature amount data to thereby suppress the deterioration of estimation accuracy due to the difference between distributions of the PPG feature values for individual subjects, and that performs, as post-processing, blood pressure bias adjustment by using a difference of average SBPs between learned data and measured SBP data with respect to an estimated blood pressure to thereby suppress the deterioration of estimation accuracy due to the difference between distributions of SBPs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
