Abstract:
To provide a blood purification apparatus capable of measuring the pressure in a circuit by directly measuring strain of air traps by strain sensors without providing a pressure measurement part in the circuit.
This blood purification apparatus includes a blood purifier 1, a blood circuit 2 (21 and 22), a blood pump 3, a priming liquid feed line 4, artery-side and vein-side air traps 23 and 24, an on-off valve V1, a dialysis fluid circuit 5 (51 and 52), a dialysis fluid pump 6 and a filtration pump 7. The air traps 23 and 24 are provided with the strain sensors S1 and S2, respectively, and the pressure in the circuit can be measured by measuring the strains of the air traps 23 and 24 by the strain sensors S1 and S2.
