Abstract:
PURPOSE: To restore a main body to an original point again even when it is freely tilted in all directions in attacking practice or the like by molding a human body by hard sponge rubber or the like, forming it separately in the three bodies of a head part, a body part and a leg part, separately forming left and right arm parts further in the body part among them and bonding them to the body part. CONSTITUTION: The human body is molded for this instrument and it is constituted by connecting and uniting the three bodies of the head part 1, the body part 4 and the leg part 12 respectively by a fitting part and fitting holes 3 and 11. The leg part 12 is turned spherical and a centroid part weight 13 is equipped at the bottom part. Thus, in the case of performing the hitting and dashing of the attacking practice of a grappling sport and martial arts, etc., the main body is freely tilted and swung in all the directions, and when it is stopped, it is restored to the original, point again. Thus, the practice is continuously executed, instruction efficiency per instructor is improved and many persons are easily instructed by one person.
