To provide a blower capable of preventing occurrence of abnormal noise when a fan is driven.

This blower 1A includes: a motor 2; the fan 3 attached to the drive shaft 20 of the motor 2 and rotatively driven; two shock-absorbing members 4 inserted into the drive shaft 20 of the motor 2 and sandwiching the fan 3 from both axial sides; and a nut 5 fastened to the screw part 21 of the drive shaft 20 and fixing the fan 3 to the drive shaft 20 of the motor 2. The shock-absorbing members 4 are provided with two metal washers 40, and a rubber washer 41 sandwiched between the metal washers 40. The rubber washer 41 is provided with a displacement preventing projecting part 42 having a shape fitted to a through-hole part 40a of the metal washer 40 to prevent the metal washer 40 from being brought into contact with the drive shaft 20 of the motor 2.
