Wet curing type urethane resin (rigid urethane resin) is applied to the surface of a molded body in the rate of 50-300 g/m2 as undercoat resin 2. Thereafter, two package reaction type urethane resin (soft-urethane resin) is applied on rigid urethane resin being the undercoat resin in the rate of 30-200 g/m2 as top coat resin 3. Further, wet curing type urethane resin (rigid urethane resin) containing an organic solvent in a range within 5-55 wt.% is used as undercoat resin 2. Also, urethane resin 4 is applied to the end faces of the molded body.
