Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove chips being left after removal of residues which may cause short circuit between high density wiring patterns of a board by a board correction apparatus easily and automatically.
CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic cutter 4 is provided above a movable table 11 which has an upper plane 11a on which a board 1 is placed. A cutter feeding mechanism 12 is provided for the ultrasonic cutter 4. A reel 14 which supplies belt-shape extra-fine fiber cloth 13, a pressing roller 15, a takeup mechanism 16 and a suction mechanism 17 are provided above the table 11. The belt-shape extra-fine fiber cloth 13 is pressed against the board 1 by the pressing roller 15 and wiped chips are sucked by the suction mechanism 17.
