To provide a boarding ramp vehicle, excellent in the aspect of cost and efficiency, in which firstly, barrier free for an impaired walking person is realized and burden of a care-taker or the like is reduced and secondly, common use by a healthy person and the impaired walking person is possible.

The boarding ramp vehicle 1 is used for getting on/off between a doorway B of an aircraft or a vessel A and ground C, and a stair 3 is mounted on a vehicle base 2. The vehicle has a guide rail 15 auxiliarily provided on the stair 3; and a lifter 16 for the impaired walking person liftable along the stair 3 while being guided and retained by the guide rail 15. For example, the stair 3 comprises a two-stage type one such that an upper stair 5 can be stored and paid out relative to a lower stair 6, the guide rail 15 is auxiliarily provided on a side part of the lower stair 6 and the lifter 16 is liftable along the lower stair 6. A horizontal floor part 13 of an upper end of the upper stair 5 has a position relationship opposed to the elevated lifter 16 in the descended and stored state.
