PURPOSE: To improve productivity and increase body strength by installing a swelled handle seat which is solid with a floor bonded to a boat body.

CONSTITUTION: A floor 3 is connected with a boat body 2 constituting a gunnel part on the upper edge of the body 2. The solid floor 3 is composed of a foredeck 5 in the front, a cockpit in the rear of the foredeck and an after-deck in the further rear and at the dead water part 13 which forms the front end of the cockpit 6 is installed a handle seat 16. With the reverse side of the handle seat 16 is bonded a reinforcement 17 such as wood plate, etc. through which 17 a steering wire operating device is fitted.
