Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent squeezing in pulling out yarn and change of tension and enable smooth feed of yarn by installing a yarn guiding member in the upper end part of a support erected on the upper flange of a bobbin carrier.
CONSTITUTION: In a bobbin carrier used in a braider, a yarn guiding member (t) is rotatably inserted into the upper end part of a support erected on the upper flange of the bobbin carrier. A yarn (y) rewound from a bobbin fitted in the bobbin carrier is drawn through circumferential grooves 20' and 21' respectively of a pair of lower guide rollers 20 and 21 of the yarn guiding member (t) and circumferential grooves 22' and 23' respectively of a pair of upper guide rollers 22 and 23. Thereby, squeezing of the yarn (y) due to through- hole of the support is prevented and, simultaneously, change of tension loaded on the yarn (y) is suppressed by rotating the yarn guiding member (t) accompanied when the yarn drawing direction is changed.
