Abstract:
To provide a bobbin having a thickness smaller than a conventional bobbin made of synthetic resin thereby improving the physical properties such as linear moment, heat dissipation, etc., relating to a bobbin for motor which is out-fitted onto the core material of a magnetic coil, etc., with wire wound thereon, in a motor stator, etc., which constitute a motor generator for a hybrid car, a motor car, or the like.
In the bobbin which has flanges on both sides of a bobbin body part with wire wound thereon, the above bobbin body part and the flanges are constituted of insulating paper, and besides the faces at least in contact with the wire of the bobbin part and the flanges composed of insulating paper are constituted of aramid fibers.
