At this time, a receiving stand 34 connected to the second bobbin support part 32 through a connecting mechanism 80 moves in the same direction as the second bobbin support part 32 at moving speed completely synchronized with moving speed of the second bobbin support part 32. The bobbin 23 reliably separates from the first bobbin support part 31 and the second bobbin support part 32, and drops in a prescribed range on the receiving stand 34.
