PURPOSE: To perform an easy work of drawing up a net on a deck and increase its area, by continuously forming a ship side outer board and bulwarks in such a manner as to obtain a convex shape in their connection part in the cross sectional shape of a ship body.

CONSTITUTION: In a ship like small sized fishing boats made of Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP), a ship side outer board 1 and bulwarks 2 in its cross sectional shape are successively formed in such a manner as to obtain a convex shape in their connection part. In this formation, the cross section of a ship body can be formed into a convex shape as compared with a conventional ship side shape 10 to eliminate a wrong working poise or narrow working space on a deck 4 when a net draw up work is performed on the deck.
