The proximal end of the arm 36 is held on the base to be displaceable in the extending direction of the arm 36 when the arm 36 is in a storage posture, a support member 31 is turnably supported at its one end on one side of the proximal end of the arm 36 in the displacement direction, and the other end of the support member 31 is turnably supported by the arm 36 on the inner side in the extending direction of the arm 36 more than the proximal end part of the arm 36. Thus, under configuration in which the arm 36 and the other end of the support member 31 are turnably supported, in the displacement direction of the proximal end of the arm 36 (the extending direction when the arm 36 is in the storage posture), the moving direction of the other end of the support member 31 is opposite to the moving direction of the proximal end of the arm 36, and a displacement amount of the proximal end of the arm 36 is reduce between in a using posture and in the storage postured.
