To provide a body information management system capable of reliably measuring body information in using passive exercise equipment.

The body information management system is provided with passive exercise equipment 1 for having a user exercise passively in a state that the user mounts it and a center server 100 for managing the user's body information. The passive exercise equipment 1 is provided with: an exercise load application part for giving exercise loads imitating a horse-riding exercise by rocking a seat part 12 the user mounts; a body information measuring means for measuring the body information (body temperature, body fat percentage, blood pressure, a heartbeat, and the like) about the user in the state that the user mounts the passive exercise equipment; and a transmission means for transmitting measurement data by the body information measuring means to the center server 100. On the other hand, the center server 100 is provided with a communication part 102 for receiving the measurement data transmitted by the passive exercise equipment 1 and a storage part 103 for accumulating received measurement data.
