PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body motion level determination device capable of notifying of the body motion level of a user by monitoring the body motion state of the user such as a patient on a bed.SOLUTION: A body motion level determination device 100 includes: first determination means for determining whether or not a total load change quantity V obtained for each first predetermined period exceeds a threshold on the basis of each load change quantity for a predetermined time in detection values from load sensors 8 for detecting loads on multiple portions mutually separately arranged in a bed part 91; motion start determination means for determining whether a user H on the bed part 91 starts a motion or not based on the detection values from the load sensors 8; and second determination means for gradually determining the body motion level of the user H on the basis of the determination result of the motion start determination means and the determination result of the first determination means.
