Abstract:
To provide a railroad vehicle body of the type having a grating structure, which can limit design costs characteristic of each type.
Vertical and lateral elements 15, 30, 35 are circular-cross-section pipes. A grating structure has connections 31, 36 for interconnecting the vertical pipes and lateral pipes of circular cross sections, at least on some of nodes. The connections 31, 36 have vertical and lateral circular-cross-section sleeves for receiving the vertical and lateral pipes 15, 30, 35, respectively. The vertical pipe 15 passes perpendicularly through the connections 31, 36 formed of the vertical and lateral pipes.
