This body washing towel 6 composed of a woven and knitted fabric is characterized in that warps comprise synthetic fiber straight yarns 1, wefts comprise rather thick synthetic fiber spun yarns 2a and 2b, narrow synthetic fiber crimp yarns 3a and 3b and bulky yarns 4a and 4b, the spun yarns 2a and 2b are provided at a prescribed interval and the crimp yarns 3a and 3b and the bulky yarns 4a and 4b are provided between the spun yarns 2a and 2b.
