PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises by blowing operation while preventing deterioration in radiation characteristics.
SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises electronic parts 11 and 12 housed in a housing 13, a boiling/cooling apparatus 25 for cooling the electronic parts 11 and 12, a centrifugal upper blower 21 on an external air circulation side, a centrifugal lower blower 22 on an internal air circulation side, and a controller 24 (control circuit) for controlling the blowers which are provided for the housing 13. The controller 24 controls the upper and lower blowers 21 and 22 at an almost same blast amount in the day time. In the night time, the blast amount of the upper blower 21 is reduced and the blast amount of the lower blower 22 is increased, thereby increasing the temperature of the whole boiling/cooling apparatus. The larger the temperature difference between a low temperature fluid and the boiling/cooling apparatus is, the larger the transfer amount of heat from the boiling/cooling apparatus to the low temperature fluid becomes, so that heat can be efficiently radiated from a heat exchanger on the low temperature side to the low temperature fluid. Therefore, noises due to blast of the low temperature side blower can be also suppressed while preventing deterioration in the radiation characteristics.
