Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out a plurality of bolts so that the bolt can be supplied simultaneously to a nut runner, by selecting a prescribed bolt from a plurality of parts feeders by a relatively simple structure.
SOLUTION: A prescribed bolt is selected of bolts supplied from a plurality of bolt supply parts 8a to 8c by a bolt selection mechanism 62, to be conveyed one by one to a bolt holder of a bolt receiving mechanism 63 through a bolt conveying hose 623. A bolt distribution mechanism 66 successively distributes a bolt BT one by one by successively opposing the bolt conveying hose 623 to a plurality of the bolt holders of the bolt receiving mechanism 63. After each bolt holder of the bolt receiving mechanism 63 receives the bolt, a moving mechanism 68 makes the bolt receiving mechanism 63 move to a bolt delivery position delivering the bolt to a nut runner 23. In the nut runner 23, a nut runner socket corresponding to each bolt socket simultaneously receives the respective bolt.
