To provide a bolt head structure, a bolt head forming method, and a bolt head forming system capable of manufacturing dimensionally accurate bolts and realizing a highly durable die.
The bolt head forming system 1 comprises the die 4, a die hole 7 recessed to a head shape of a bolt 2 at a front side face 5a opposite to the die 4, and a punch 5 moving back and forth against the die 4, and forms a head 3 of the bolt 2 from a bar-shaped metal material 52 cut off at a designated length with a compressed forging means by means of the die 4 and the punch 5 regarding a bar-shaped metal material 52 cut off at a designated length. The die hole 7 of the punch 5 forms a contact portion 3a1 brought into contact with a part of an object in which the bolt 2 is mounted on a part of a side periphery 3a of the head 3 of the bolt 2, and a bottom 7b is slantly formed so that the depth of the die hole 7 is gradually decreased toward an edge of other end of the head by sandwiching the axis of the bolt 2 from an edge side of one end of the contact portion 3a1.
