Title:
BONDED MAGNET AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0311704
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to conduct electrodeposition coating and electrolytic plating by a method wherein volume resistivity is reduced by adjusting the compounding ratio of rare-earth magnetic powder and synthetic resin.
CONSTITUTION: A bonded magnet is composed of the magnetic powder indicated by R-T-B (R indicates Nd or a part of which replaced with rare-earth element, and T indicates Fe or a part of which replaced with a transition metal) and synthetic resin which is a bonding agent. The volume resistivity thereof is brought to 1Ω.cm or lower by adjusting the compounding ratio of the magnetic powder and the synthetic resin. As a result, the electrodeposition coating and the electrolytic plating can be made possible.
