Abstract:
PURPOSE: To guarantee the fixation of devices for a conjunction between coaptation rod and neck part of a screw through a rapid surgical operation. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of elements such as a coaptation rod 1a, the neck part of a screw 2 and a hook 4 of the spinal column have a screw threaded sections 22, 41 elongated from heads 23, 43 with a nut 24. A rapidly rigid conjunction between a rod for providing a high degree of adhesion and elements 2, 4 is secured by a clamp tool for nipping the rod 1a after the screw-in of the nut 24. This clamp tool includes the boring of sliding on the rod, the slit communicating to the interior of the boring, and being narrowed by screwing the nut, and the boring crossing the slit and passing through the threaded section. Two rods 1a, 1b are stabilized toward the lateral direction by the rod 702 with a threaded end portion in which has a groove-curved plate 60 or which has a hook 71. The two rods 1a, 1c are stabilized toward the longitudinal direction by one piece of joints 8.
