To provide a bone screw which can be accurately positioned and a bone fixing device which is improved in characteristics and possible use.
The bone screw is equipped with a threaded part (2) in a tube structure with a first end part of the tip end part (3) and a second end part in the opposite side. The tube shape threaded part (2) includes a bone screw (22) in the outer wall part and the wall of the threaded part (2) includes a plurality of dents (21). The bone screw (22) further includes retaining elements (4, 6). First parts (41, 61) are to connect retaining elements (4, 6) with the threaded part (2) and rod shape second parts (43, 63) in a condition the retaining elements (4, 6) inserted in are projected over the second end part of the threaded part (2). A stopper is given to limit the distance of insertion of the retaining elements (4, 6) into the threaded part (2), The retaining elements (4, 6) includes elements (44, 64) for engaging a screwing tool with free ends of the retaining elements (4, 6).
