To provide a book belt label using a reversible information display panel, wherein the fabricating cost and man-hours required for its fabrication are suppressed to a fully low levels, and the consumption of resources is suppressed efficiently through recycling.
The book belt label 1 has a display portion comprising the reversible information display panel which makes required information displayed on the transparent substrate side, by sealing a display medium in an enclosed space between two sheets of substrates which face each other and of which at least one is transparent, and transferring the display medium with the electric field produced by charges formed on the substrate surface, wherein the reversible information display panel uses two kinds of display media with mutually different colors and charge characteristics, average particle diameters of particles for the display media used in the information display panel are in 3-10 μm range, and total thickness of the information display panel is set to be 10 μm or larger and smaller than 1 mm.
