Abstract:
To provide a book or booklet which is easily handled and carried, and capable of being inserted into a binder or a pocketbook, and also being handled or carried just as it is, and a method of manufacturing the same, in order to solve a problem in which the book or booklet has been configured conventionally such that only a portion one wishes to read in a book could be carried, but dividing the book resulted in an increase in labor of storage, it was difficult to bring the book just as it is, a cover could not be changed, and a reduction in the commercial value, and an increase in cost of distribution and storage occurred.SOLUTION: On both sides of an opening direction of a saddle stitch stapler part in a body of a book or booklet, a plurality of binding holes that bind the book by a separate binding member are formed with a line in parallel with a center line, and a cover or jacket is bound such that no binding holes are formed and openings of the plurality of binding holes are hidden. By the above, it is possible to obtain the book or booklet which solves the problem, and has a suitable thickness and easy to be carried, easy to be handled as a reading item or a writing item, and can be organized as an assembly customized according to individual's preference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
