The coating roller 52A is located in the central part of the coating roller 52A, and includes: a paste keeping part 521 that applies the paste N to the back part Pa of the paper bundle P1; a paste non-attaching part 522 provided at both end parts of the coating roller 52A; and a partition part 523 provided to separate the paste keeping part 521 and the paste non-attaching part 522 along the boundary of the paste attaching part 521 and the paste non-attaching part 522.
