Abstract:
To provide a bookbinding device capable of preventing a sheet bundle from being defectively conveyed.SOLUTION: In a bookbinding device, a discharge part D includes a lifting tray 92 on which a sheet bundle Sa conveyed from bookbinding means is mounted to move the sheet bundle Sa along a conveying passage; the discharge part D is located at the downstream side of the conveying passage than the lifting tray 92 and has a sliding face 93a along the conveying passage, and has a slope 93 where the sheet bundle Sa mounted on the lifting tray 92 slides on the sliding face 93a when the lifting tray 92 moves from an abutting position D2; and the bookbinding device includes the discharge part D and a CPU for varying a moving speed of causing the lifting tray 92 to move the sheet bundle Sa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
