Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bookbinding device which can discharge a bookbinding product from a clamper without hindrance.SOLUTION: One end side 9a of a conveyor belt 9 is positioned just below a bookbinding product discharge position, and a bookbinding product discharge port 7 is positioned on the other end side of the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt comprises a flap plate 11 on a side opposite to the bookbinding product discharge port, and takes a vertical position and an inclined position. A back support plate 15, which extends at a right angle with respect to the flap plate at the inclined position and in a width direction, is provided on the bookbinding product discharge port of the conveyor belt, and takes a projection position at which the back support plate projects from a top face of the flap plate at the inclined position and a retreat position at which the back support plate retreats from the top face of the conveyor belt. After the bookbinding product P' falls onto the top face of the conveyor belt from a clamper 2, the flap plate is rotated from the vertical position to the inclined position and the back support plate is moved from the retreat position to the projection position, and thereafter, the back support plate is returned to the retreat position, and the bookbinding product passes the bookbinding product discharge port and is discharged to an external conveyor belt 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
