Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bookbinding method in which a back side is hardened using PUR glues and in which crosslinking reaction time of the PUR glues can be shortened, and further a bookbinding device, and a book structure related to the bookbinding method and device.SOLUTION: Provided is a bookbinding method of hardening a back side 13 comprising piled page paper by using PUR glues 21 and 22. The bookbinding method includes a step of coating (S3) the melted PUR glues 21 and 22 onto the back side 13 comprising the page paper, and subsequent steps of blowing (S4) moist air onto the coated PUR glues 21 and 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
