PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bookbinding system for bookbinding a booklet of a paper bundle by bundling a plurality of recorded sheets.SOLUTION: A bookbinding device 10 comprises a book binding part 11 for bookbinding a booklet, a bookbinding control part 12 for controlling the bookbinding part 11 based on bookbinding information and a bookbinding device side bookbinding information setting part 13 for setting the bookbinding information, and a sheet carrying device 20 comprises a carrying part 21 for carrying a recorded sheet one by one, a carrying control part 22 for controlling the carrying part 21 based on the bookbinding information and a sheet carrying device side bookbinding information setting part 23 for setting the bookbinding information, and the bookbinding device and the sheet carrying device can mutually communicate, and carry the recorded sheet one by one to the bookbinding device from the sheet carrying device based on the bookbinding information set in the bookbinding device side bookbinding information setting part or the sheet carrying device side bookbinding information setting part, and execute bookbinding by bundling the recorded sheets by the bookbinding device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
