To provide a booklet-like postal matter with such advantages that the open rate can be increased, security about printed private information etc. is superb, the sorting is not necessary when the postal matter is discarded, and the only required number of pages can make up the postal matter and also, manufacturing equipment can be simplified.
This booklet-like sealed letter includes a booklet and is formed of a paper piece for saddle stitching which is smaller in size than a sealed letter face cover paper piece or a sealed letter back cover paper piece, bound together between the sealed letter face cover paper piece and the sealed letter back cover paper piece, both of almost the same size. The paper piece for saddle stitching is bonded with the sealed letter face cover paper piece on the upper surface of one side edge part of the paper piece for saddle stitching, leaving untouched a region where the paper piece for saddle stitching is directly superposed over the three circumferential edge parts of the sealed letter face cover paper piece and the three circumferential edge parts of the sealed letter back cover paper piece. Further, the paper piece for saddle stitching is bonded with the sealed letter back cover paper piece on the lower surface of the one side edge part of the paper piece for saddle stitching. Besides, the part where the three circumferential edge part of the sealed letter face cover paper piece and the three circumferential edge part of the sealed letter back cover paper piece, are directly superposed on each other, is releasably bonded.
